Sep 2 2014NOTHING'S CHANGED
Week One of the college football season is in the books, and here's what we've learned: essentially nothing. There were close calls, that happens every season. There were struggles from young quarterbacks, that's nothing new either. Outside of Texas A & M clobbering South Carolina there were few surprises. Ohio State? Won. Alabama? Won. Florida State? Ditto. The new playoff committee doesn't even come out with its first poll until Oct. 28. No one will remember how close games were in Week One. As long as you have a zero on the right side of the ledger you're OK. Biggest game this week: no question. Pac-12 vs. Big 10, Michigan State at Oregon.
