CONTEST RULES
1. No purchase necessary.
2. You may only enter through WNIR's web site from February 1, 2010 through February 14, 2010.
3. The winners must be 18 years or older.
4. Employees of WNIR, Abshire & Haylan Jewelers and The Bistro on Main are not eligible.
5. There will be one Grand Prize winner of the 14-karat white gold and diamond pendant pictured above.
It has 9 round diamonds with a total diamond weight of .45 carats and is on a 17 inch gold cable chain with
a retail value of $499. Plus a $100 Gift Certificate for a romantic dinner at the Bistro on Main in Kent.
Total prize value $599. Prize may not be exchanged for another prize or cash.
6. All taxes are the responsibility of the winner.
7. Only ONE entry per person. Entrants agree to permit WNIR to share the information from their
entry with the contest's sponsors.
8. The winners will be selected by a random drawing from all entries received by the station during the entry period.
In the event that entries are not received by the station during the entry period because they have been lost or
improperly processed due to human errors, technical errors, hardware errors, software errors or any other errors,
the station considers those errors random accidents which function as part of the random selection process
used to determine the winner of the contest. The station does not verify that entries have been received for entrants
at any time during or after the contest period.
9. The drawing to determine the Grand Prize winner will be held on February 16, 2010. The winners' names will
be announced on WNIR and will be contacted by phone and email.
10. WNIR reserves the right to add, change or delete any rules before, during or after the contest without notice.
Decision of the judges is final.
