The NEW Bob Earley Show..."Earley in the Evening"...makes its debut on WNIR Saturday April 25, 2009. Since 2005 Bob has been WNIR's substitute personality for the Howie Chizek and Bob Golic Shows. Over the years the audience has enjoyed his conversation, his antics and his affable personality so much that they demanded more.
So more is what we're providing. Every Saturday and Sunday from 7-10 PM Bob will have his own time slot for his own show where he'll entertain and inform the audience with his own unique style of LIVE radio with listener interaction and guests.
Bob comes to WNIR through his involvement in the Akron entertainment scene as an owner of some of Akron's most popular bars and promoter of some of the Akron area's most successful events including the nationally renowned All American Soap Box Derby and the hugely popular summer music series...Rockin' on the River in Cuyahoga Falls. All this has made him an Akron area icon who's synonymous with FUN!
Describing what Bob is going to do on his show is impossible because we don't even know. But it should be something like throwing a gallon of gasoline on a bon fire and who would want to miss that!?
