A 31 year old Alliance has been arrested on homicide charges. Authorities say, Nicholas Cunningham was arrested after an investigation into the homicide of 44 year old Gena Wade at a home in the 1800 block of Courtney Road in Smith Township. No other details have been provided. Police say Cunningham faces charges of aggravated murder, aggravated burglary, and violation of a protection order. The investigation is ongoing.
