A charter bus filled with high school students was rear-ended by a semitruck on Interstate 70 West in Licking County, leaving six dead and 18 injured. The charter bus was carrying students from the Tuscarawas Valley Local School District in eastern Ohio. Three passengers on the bus and three people in one of two passenger vehicles involved in the crash were pronounced dead at the scene. Three of the vehicles caught fire.
