The Tuscarawas County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a likely murder-suicide before a graduation party on Sunday. It happened in the 2000 block of Gordon Road in Dover Township around 1:30pm. A 911 caller said people were getting ready for a graduation party at the home when gunshots were heard. Police believe a man in the home allegedly shot his wife and then turned the gun on himself. Deputies found a 54 year old man lying dead on his bed and a 53 year old woman lying near the bed. The names have not been released.
