In stark County, a grand jury has indicted a suspect in the murder of Ryan Godbey. 34 year old Daniel McCay faces several charges, including murder, assault, tampering with evidence, and gross abuse of a corpse. He was arrested by Canton Police in early July. Godbey was reported missing in late June. The body still has not been recovered.
