the 17 year old boy killed early on Sunday in a single vehicle crash in the City of Green has been identified as Dylan Channel, from Green. Investigators determined Channel, was driving south on South Arlington Road, lost control of his vehicle, went off the road and into a ditch before overturning several times. He was the sole occupant inside the vehicle. The Ohio State Highway Patrol says, he was not buckled up at the time of the crash and alcohol appeared to be a factor in the crash.
