A Canton man is facing felony charges after police say a child died when he fell off from the outside of a church van the man was driving. Rushon Patterson II is charged with vehicular homicide and endangering children. Court documents state, on September 6th, Patterson knowingly allowed a minor to ride on the outside of a van while he was driving on Alan Page. The child fell off, suffered serious injuries, and later died. Patterson was arraigned earlier this week in Canton Municipal Court, where his bond was set at $1 million.
