The Guardians had a great September and came from 15 and a half games back to win the division. Unfortunately they fell 2 games to 1 to the Detroit Tigers in the wild card round and their season is now over. Now here come the problems because of the normal offseason this team has. The ownership, we all know, never wants to spend money. Last season after they made the ALCS, did they add to the team??? No. They got rid of Josh Naylor and Andres Gimenez. Now here we are with another offseason where we need some more bats for the lineup. Will we get them. Guess what?? Don’t expect any. If anything they may end up getting rid of Stephen Kwan and adding no one. It’s just how sad it is to have the ownership group the Guardians have. No hope to get the pieces necessary to make a World Series run. Sadly that only changes one way, if they sell. Don’t get your hopes up.
