Canton police say they are still trying to determine a possible motive for why a mother and a daughter allegedly beat a man to death and how the man’s body ended up in Akron. Detectives continue working on the case. 54 year old Yolanda Lowery, and her 70 year old mother, Dorothy Lowery, who both live in Canton, face charges of murder in connection with the death of 54 year old Jerry Morris.
