The Portage County Emergency Management Agency will be facilitating an active shooter training EXERCISE at Waterloo High School on Friday October 31st. Atwater and Randolph Township safety forces and schools, Portage UH Medical Center, the Ohio State Highway Patrol, and county agencies will be participating. There will be a lot of activity throughout the morning on the school campus on Industry in Atwater.
