A 41 year old Mogadore man is scheduled to be sentenced this week for an intentional hit and run that occurred outside a Circle K on the 400 block of West Market Street next to the I-PROMISE School last May. According to Akron Police, Thomas Felber ran over a 50 year old man after assaulting him and fled the scene.
