Fire at MAPS Air Museum

Authorities are investigating a fire that broke out late Monday night at the MAPS Air Museum in Green that destroyed Vietnam War artifacts in a MASH tent adjacent to the museum’s main hangar.  The museum has more than 50 aircraft on display, but museum officials say none of them were damaged in the fire.  Besides the aircrafts, the museum also features educational displays, interactive exhibits, and historical archives.  The cause of the blaze remains under investigation.
