Fugitive of the week

The Northern Ohio Violent Task Force is offering a reward for information leading to the arrest of fugitive Melvin Howell.  Howell is wanted by the Youngstown Police Department at the United States Marshal Service for aggravated burglary.  Howell, 48 years of age, described as a black male, 6’4″. 185 pounds.  He is known to frequent the Youngstown, Akron, Cleveland areas.  If you have any information on Howell’s whereabouts, call the task force at 1-866-4WANTED.
