A Stark County Grand Jury indicted a Canton woman and her mother in connection with the murder of a Canton man. 54 year old Yolanda Lowry, was indicted on charges of aggravated murder, kidnaping murder, felonious assault, tampering with evidence and gross abuse of a corpse. Her mother, 70 year old Dorothy Lowry, was indicted on the same charges. 54 year old Jerry Morris, was found dead in Akron on August 1st. His cause of death has not been released. Canton Police said they worked with Akron Police and determined Morris was killed in Canton. The mother and daughter were then taken into custody on August 21st. They both are scheduled to be arraigned tomorrow.
