The Medina Police Department and the Summit County Medical Examiner’s Office are investigating a Dec. 22 car crash that resulted in the death of a 63-year-old woman. The victim, identified as Pegeen Razem, was reportedly a passenger in a vehicle traveling on Friendsville Road in Lodi when she was involved in a traffic collision at about 5:10 p.m. She was transported to Lodi Community Hospital and later transferred to Cleveland Clinic Akron General, where she was pronounced dead from her injuries related to the crash at about 9:17 p.m.
