The Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating a single vehicle fatal crash that occurred yesterday around 1:40pm on Ledge Road in Medina County. The patrol says a Ford F-150 was traveling West on Ledge Road in Granger Township, when it went off the road, hit a guardrail, then overturned into an embankment. The driver, 57 year old Ricardo Rivera, of Cleveland, was pronounced dead at the scene. A female passenger was also injured and transported to the hospital. No word on her condition. The crash remains under investigation.
