A 50 year old woman from Portage County was found dead after a car submerged into the Rocky River Sunday afternoon. Police said at about 3:30pm, they responded to the Cleveland Yachting Club after a caller reported a car inside the Rocky river with a person in the water. The medical examiners office will determine the cause of death. The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner identified the victim as 50 year old Katrina Smith.
