An investigation is underway by the Tallmadge Police Department after an altercation broke out Sunday night at the Tallmadge Recreation Center. Police and EMS responded to a report of the altercation just before 6pm. Shortly after the incident, one individual suffered a medical emergency and was transported to a local hospital for treatment.
