82 year old man killed in crash

An 82 year old Carrollton man was killed in a head-on collision yesterday on County Road 54 in Carroll County.  The Ohio State Highway Patrol says, Frankie Bouslaugh was driving northwest on the road near Township Road 136 around 5:45pm when the vehicle crossed the center line and struck another vehicle head-on.  The patrol says, Bouslaugh, who was not wearing a seatbelt, was pronounced dead at the scene.  The crash remains under investigation.
