OSHA has launched an investigation into a workplace death that occurred in Akron. It happened at Logan Machine. The Summit County Medical Examiner’s Office identified the victim as 49 year old Mykl Kofahl. According to the medical examiner, Kohfal was welding on January 6th when a large piece of steel fell on him. No other information has been released at this time and the investigation is ongoing.
