Akron Police are investigating after a 21 year old man was found shot dead inside an Akron apartment building Sunday evening. Akron police were called out to the complex in the 400 block of Sherman Street just before 7pm. The victim, who has been identified as 21 year old David Green, from Akron, was found in a stairwell with multiple gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene. APD are asking anyone with information to call 330-375-2490, or Summit County Crimestoppers at 330-434-COPS. Callers can remain anonymous. No arrests have been made.
