The suspect charged with first degree murder in the shooting of a sheriff’s deputy in Tennessee has apparent ties to Stark County. 44 year old Kristi Dawn Cunningham, is accused of shooting then deputy during an encounter in Martin, Tennessee on January 30th. The Canton Repository reports she is from Stark County.
