In Akron, a portion of North Howard Street is expected to reopen later on Monday after a water main break caused a sinkhole to open up. This is between Luca and Creston Avenue. On Friday, Akron firefighters responded to the scene rescuing 3 people, after a car became trapped. At this time, repairs are still underway, but officials expect the roadway to open back up sometime Monday afternoon.
