A 40 year old man led Massillon Police on a chase through Massillon and Perry Township on Tuesday afternoon, rear-ended a motorist on Jackson Avenue NW, fled and later was arrested, according to the Ohio State Highway Patrol. The Perry Township man was booked into the Stark County Jail on charges of failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer and obstructing official business. There were no serious injuries reported.
