A local man has been charged with operating a vehicle while under the influence for the fifth time, according to the Ohio State Highway Patrol. In a press release, troopers say Richard Hahn of Akron was stopped around 1:30am, February 15th for distracted driving on I-77. he is scheduled to appear in court on April 30.
