A 59 year old Summit County man has been sentenced to 5 years in prison and 2 years of post-release control for a drunk driving offense that occurred in 2024. According to a release from the prosecutor’s office, this is Johnny Deloach’s 4th felony Operating a vehicle impaired conviction in Ohio, and his 11th OVI conviction overall. His prior offenses span from 2001 to 2021. Deloach was also ordered to pay a $2,000 fine, received a class two license suspension, which carries the potential for a lifetime suspension.
