Ohio AI Legislation

Ohio lawmakers have introduced legislation that would regulate how artificial intelligence is used in workplace decisions.  The bill would establish requirements for employers using automated tools in hiring, promotions, and disciplinary decisions.    Employers, staffing agencies, and employment services would be prohibited to solely rely on such tools when making employment decisions.
