New E-bike regulations in Twinsburg

The City of Twinsburg is cracking down on E-bike regulations with new rules now in effect.  Parents will now be responsible for their children’s actions while riding E-bikes.  All residents in the city must now register E-bikes.  City leaders say the changes are aimed at boosting safety for riders as well as community members.
