A Twinsburg Township home exploded, prompting shelter in place orders and damaging an entire cul-de-sac and completely destroyed 3 homes and left 20 more damaged. No one was home in the Hiram Lane house in Twinsburg Township that was destroyed by the blast. The Twinsburg Fire department said crews struck a gas line on Hiram Line. Twinsburg fire crews said they were on the scene when the explosion happened because they were working on the gas leak. Two people were hospitalized. one was hospitalized for medical treatment, and the other from injuries from the blast.
