Soap Box Derby Friday events canceled

All events at Derby Downs on Friday, have been canceled due to poor air quality. According to a news release, the All-American Soap Box Derby events for race day on Saturday are still scheduled to take place.  However, severe storms are possible tomorrow, especially in the afternoon and the evening.  Airnow.gov deems conditions as hazardous, with all people advised to stay indoor and reduce activity levels.
