The Ohio State Highway Patrol New Philadelphia Post is investigating a fatal motorcycle crash in Tuscarawas County. the crash occurred on State route 39 at County Road 77, in Sugarcreek Township around 10:40am Sunday. A motorcycle driven by 26 year old Marcus Miller of Sugarcreek was headed westbound on State Route 39. The state patrol says, a vehicle driven by 84 year old Martha Egan of Dover was heading east on the state route, and Egan was making a left turn onto County Road 77 when the motorcycle struck the right side of her vehicle. Miller was pronounced dead at the scene. There were no other injuries.
