While last year’s Ohio Sales Tax Holiday went for 2 weeks, this years has been reduced to just 3 days. The items you can buy tax free have also been limited. The tax free weekend starts on Friday August 7th and runs through Sunday August 9th. The items included in this year’s tax-free weekend is limited to clothing, school supplies, and instructional materials.
Clothing priced at $75 or less per item
School Supplies priced at $20 or less per item
School instructional materials priced at $20 or less per item.
The tax-free weekend also applies to online purchases.
