An Akron man charged in the deadly Highland Square shooting last year has pleaded guilty. 24 year old Amani Thomas pleaded guilty to involuntary manslaughter in the death of 25 year old Timothy Hutchinson. Police say Hutchinson was caught in the crossfire between Thomas and Deshawn Stafford last October. Thomas will be sentenced on October 2nd. Stafford’s murder trial is set to begin on Monday.
