An Akron woman faces nearly a dozen charges for a deadly crash. Monique Martin-Lateef was allegedly speeding last month when she hit Jaymeeson Franklin in Highland Square when he was crossing the street. Franklin died at the scene and Martin-Lateef remains hospitalized from her injuries. The charges include 4 counts of aggravated vehicular homicide.
