Portage County Sheriff’s office have identified the victim in the Atwater shooting yesterday. 18 year old Alice Tully was found wounded at home where she was believed to be a resident on State route 183 according to reports.
21 year old Travis C Lovett, from Florida, has been charged with aggravated murder, According to Portage County Municipal Court.
Lovett fled the scene in a vehicle and the Ohio State Highway Patrol’s Cambridge post reported it had stopped the vehicle in Guernsey County.
