A health alert is out for Medina County. 18 measles cases are now being tracked. The health department says, there are 3 confirmed cases and 15 probable at this time. No public exposure sites have been identified and the infected families are isolating. Health leaders say the risk of infection is low for anyone who is vaccinated.
