The man accused of fatally shooting the North Royalton building commissioner inside the service department on July 24 was ordered to under go a mental health evaluation today (Wednesday).
Edward Biesiada previously pleaded not guilty to several charges including aggravated murder and his being held without bond.
Biesiada will return to court on December 8.
Cuyahoga County Prosecutor Michael O’Malley reports that on July 24, Biesidia drove to the North Royalton Service center, parked his car and allegedly entered the building with a firearm and fatally shot 52 year old David Smerek several times.
