A man wanted for a July 2025 shooting in Springfield Township was captured yesterday in Ravenna, according to the US Marshal Services.
Members of the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested 41 year old Stanley Smith in the 100 block of Spruce Avenue after learning he lived in Ravenna, according to a US Marshal news release.
Smith had been wanted in connecting with a July 8, 2025 incident which a person was hospitalized after being shot in the leg in 1400 block of Albrecht Avenue.
