A 25 year old man is facing homicide charges after a deadly accident involving a skid steer. According to Perry Township Police, 25 year old Michael Kennedy is charged with reckless operation and reckless homicide. Authorities say, on August 25th, Kennedy was driving a skid steer that hit and killed Cole Parker in the 4300 block of Erie Avenue SW in Massillon. Bond was set at $50,000.
