A Stow man has been arrested after driving the wrong way on I-480 near Cleveland Hopkins
International Airport.  Ohio State Highway Patrol troopers said they received reports of a driver, later identified as Jose
Robinson, 33, traveling westbound in the eastbound lanes around 11:03 p.m.  Robinson, of Stow, was pulled over near the Grayton Road overpass.
Troopers said they noticed signs of impairment and Robinson submitted to a breath test.  According to troopers, Robinson had a blood alcohol concentration of more than twice the legal limit.
Robinson is charged with OVI and driving the wrong way.  He is scheduled to be arraigned today in Cleveland Municipal Court.
