Police arrest 10 in vehicle theft spree

Cleveland Police say 10 people, most of them juveniles, were arrested after a string of vehicle break-ins and car thefts that stretched across the city. There were more than 2 dozen car break -ins at one location, the Hilton Garden Inn on Carnegie Avenue.  As the investigation unfolded, additional break-ins were reported at various other locations in the city.  Those arrested included 9 juveniles, ages 12 to 17, as well as an 18 year old woman from Akron.
