Metro Direct and ADA fares will be waived temporarily during the month of November for those Metro riders impacted by the freeze on food assistance during the federal shutdown. Passengers need to show the driver their Ohio Direction, SNAP, or EBT card, which allows cardholders and their household members to ride free. The cardholder must be presents at the time of boarding.
