Highland Heights police closed a trampoline park and cleared more than 200 youths from the building Saturday after reports of overcrowding and safety concerns. Officers responded to Sky Zone at 750 Alpha Drive at 6:27 p.m. for reports of crowding and juveniles entering the facility without paying, according to a post on the department’s Facebook page. Upon arrival, officers saw more than 200 youths inside, police said. Officers found few adults supervising the crowd and worked with management to close the facility safely. As the crowd left, several fights occurred in the parking lot and surrounding area. One youth was arrested and accused of disorderly conduct after police said he assaulted another juvenile and then attempted to flee from Highland Heights police officers. No injuries were reported.
