A 62 year old man was injured late Tuesday night after his car crashed into the front of a 7-Eleven. Twinsburg Police say, the crash happened around 11:30pm at the BP station in the 8700 block of Darrow Road. According to surveillance video, the car drove partially into the front of the store, narrowly missing an employee, causing significant damage to the building. First responders got the man out of the vehicle and into an ambulance, where he was taken to Akron City Hospital. His condition was not released. No fuel pumps were compromised, however gas pumps were shutdown as a precaution.
