A 59 year old Coventry Township woman was arrested over the weekend after a caller alerted authorities he was attacked with a hatchet at a residence on Peach Drive in Coventry Township. The victim reported that a woman, identified as Mary Gross, struck him and allegedly threw a hatchet at him. Gross faces charges of felonious assault and domestic violence. She was transported to the Summit County Jail and has a bond hearing set for this week.
