A woman has died at the Portage County Jail and now they are trying to determine just what happened. Officials say that 42 year old Pauline Farrell was pronounced dead at the scene at 8:30pm Sunday night. Portage authorities have refrained from adding any additional information about the death. They say she was found after an 8:30 walk of the jail.
