The bus driver who was fired after a first grader was left on the bus is now facing a misdemeanor charge. Copley police say the driver is being charged with endangering children. The incident occurred on March 12th. Copley-Fairlawn Schools Superintendent Aimee Kirsch said the driver failed to make checks after a bus run, which is required by state law.
