A student has died after she shot herself in the cafeteria of Valley Forge High School Monday afternoon. Law enforcement rushed to the school around 2:10pm. An 18 year old female student was taken to the hospital, where she was pronounced dead. No other students were hurt. According to the district, Normandy High and Valley Forge High Schools will be closed today and tomorrow. The 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline is available 24/7 who needs help.
